Booking and payment information

Submitting a WhatsApp request does not automatically confirm your booking. Our team will confirm availability, your selected package, the final price, and meeting or pickup instructions. Book Now, Pay Later means you may pay on your activity day after confirmation. The cash-payment cancellation policy is provided below. Advance-payment and refund arrangements, if applicable, should be confirmed with our team before you finalize your booking. Activities may be adjusted due to weather, river conditions, or safety requirements.

Cancellation Policy – Cash Payment

The following policy applies to confirmed bookings with cash payment:

• More than 8 hours before the activity: Free cancellation.
• From 2 to 8 hours before the activity: A cancellation fee of 30% of the total booking price applies.
• Less than 2 hours before the activity or no-show: 100% of the total booking price will be charged, as we have already completed all preparations and paid for the necessary arrangements for your tour.
